- Prepare a graham cracker crust in 8 x 8-inch pan and cool. Beat confectioners sugar, margarine and egg, adding a few drops of vanilla and food coloring.
- Spread mixture over graham cracker crust in pan.
- Whip the cream; fold in pineapple and spread on top of mixture in pan.
- Refrigerate for 12 hours.
