Pineapple Whips

Ingredients

  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 egg
  • green food coloring
  • 10 oz. well drained crushed pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • vanilla
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare a graham cracker crust in 8 x 8-inch pan and cool. Beat confectioners sugar, margarine and egg, adding a few drops of vanilla and food coloring.
  2. Spread mixture over graham cracker crust in pan.
  3. Whip the cream; fold in pineapple and spread on top of mixture in pan.
  4. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
