Ingredients

  • 3 cups pink grapefruit pulp and juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup boiling water

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water; let stand for 5 to 7 minutes, then stir.
  2. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Combine pink grapefruit pulp and juice, sugar, and lemon juice; stir well.
  4. Pour the grapefruit mixture into the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold or a flat baking dish.
  6. Chill until set, then serve as a refreshing fruit accompaniment.
