Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. mashed pinto beans
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. grated coconut
  • 2 c. white sugar
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and put into a pie shell.
  2. Bake at 300° for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 pies.
