Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 1 package (4-serving size) sugar-free pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 3/4 cups thawed whipped topping
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Pour the crushed pineapple and juice into a bowl.
  2. Add the sugar-free pistachio instant pudding mix.
  3. Using a wire whisk, rotary beater, or electric mixer on lowest speed, beat until well blended.
  4. Fold in the thawed whipped topping and chopped nuts.
  5. Let the pudding set for about 5 minutes before serving.
  6. Store in the refrigerator.
