Ingredients

  • 8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • vanilla ice cream
  • Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Use 2 cylinders of Ritz crackers from the box.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of melted butter to crushed crackers.
  3. Pat this mixture into a 9 x 13-inch freezer and ovenproof baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool.
