Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pitas
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Slice pitas into approximately 1-inch strips and separate each strip into two pieces.
  2. Discard edges of the two end pieces if desired.
  3. Brush one side of each strip lightly with olive oil, seasoned with garlic powder.
  4. Bake at 450° for 4 minutes on foil-lined cookie sheets.
  5. Wipe off any extra oil from foil between batches to prevent overbrowning next batch.
