Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can pizza sauce
  • pepperoni
  • green olives
  • black olives
  • cheese
  • pimento strips
  • parsley

Instructions

  1. Pizza Bunny Crust:
  2. Combine rice, eggs, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese.
  3. Spoon onto greased 17 x 14-inch baking sheet.
  4. Pat into bunny shape, moistening hands to prevent sticking.
  5. Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.
