Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 7 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 3 or 4 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Brown 1 pound ground beef.
  3. Cook 7 ounces spaghetti noodles.
  4. Mix 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons melted oleo and 2 eggs (beaten).
  5. Add noodles, ground beef and 1 large jar (32 ounces) Ragu.
  6. Layer preceding mixture with Mozzarella cheese (3 or 4 cups) and 1 package pepperoni, topping it all with Mozzarella cheese, then pepperoni.
  7. Bake at 350°, covered, for 20 minutes, then uncovered 15 minutes.
