Ingredients

  • 1 c. self-rising corn meal
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 small can cream-style corn (white)
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix well.
  2. Put in 8 x 8-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
  4. This can be doubled.
