Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooking oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 oz. red food coloring
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 small jars baby food (plums)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooking oil, sugar and eggs.
  2. Beat until fluffy.
  3. Add plums, red food coloring, flour, soda and salt.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Add cinnamon, nuts and vanilla.
  6. Bake in greased tube pan.
  7. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°.
