Ingredients

  • 1 Bosc or Sucre pear
  • ground cinnamon
  • orange juice

Instructions

  1. Peel and core the pears.
  2. Place the pears in a microwave-safe container.
  3. Pour a small amount of orange juice over each pear and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  4. Microwave until the pears are soft.
  5. Serve with vanilla yogurt or ice cream if desired.
