Ingredients

  • 12 prunes
  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 orange, cut up
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can fruit cocktail
  • 2 tablespoons tapioca

Instructions

  1. Combine prunes, raisins, orange pieces, sugar, fruit cocktail, and tapioca in a large pot.
  2. Add cinnamon stick to the mixture.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the fruits and tapioca are tender and the flavors meld, about 30-45 minutes.
