Polish Bread(Babka)

Instructions
- Scald milk.
- Pour over sugar and butter.
- Cool.
- Dissolve yeast cake in 1/3 cup warm water.
- Add this to the milk mixture. Add the flour and mix this well.
- Add salt to eggs and beat until thick.
- Add to mixture and mix this good.
- Knead for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Cover and let rise 3 to 4 hours at room temperature. Punch down and put in loaf pans and let rise again about 1 hour. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
