- Cut the meat into approximately 3 x 3-inch pieces.
- Pound the meat pieces with a meat tenderizer.
- Chop the onion and fry with chopped bacon until almost done.

- Roll up each piece and secure with a toothpick.
- Dip the rolled steaks in flour, salt, and pepper.
- Brown the rolls in a skillet, then remove them.
- Make a gravy from the skillet drippings by adding mushroom soup and some milk.
- Place the meat rolls in a pot, pour the gravy over them, cover, and bake in the oven at 350°F for 1.5 hours or until tender.
