Ingredients

  • soy sauce 3/4 cup
  • brown sugar 1/2 cup
  • cooking oil 2tbsp
  • garlic clove minced 4
  • ground ginger 1/2
  • pineapple slices
  • pork tenderloin sliced
  • skewers

Instructions

  1. combine first 5 ingredients
  2. coat pork
  3. marinate for 30 min
  4. thread on skewers with pineapple
  5. place on baking sheet
  6. broil on top rack for 2 min per side
  7. YUMMY YUMMY!
