Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground sirloin
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce or Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. A.1. sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (use less if you use soy)
  • dash of pepper
  • 3 or 4 strips bacon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except bacon.
  2. Form into 3 or 4 balls and flatten slightly.
  3. Wrap in bacon strips (secure with toothpick). Grill.
