Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 package Good Seasons dry dressing mix

Instructions

  1. Place the chuck roast, onion soup mix, and dry dressing mix in the slow cooker or oven.
  2. Cook all night or for 8 hours at 200°F.
  3. Do not add any water during cooking.
  4. Once done, shred the meat and stir well to combine flavors.
  5. Serve on hard rolls.
