Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. milk (or more to moisten)

Instructions

  1. Mix by hand; add more flour, if needed, so it's not too sticky.
  2. Roll out thinly; cut into squares and let dry.
  3. Cook about 20 minutes until tender in broth.
