Ingredients

  • 4 c. biscuit mix
  • 1/4 c. club soda
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 stick oleo

Instructions

  1. Mix the biscuit mix, club soda, and sour cream together and knead the dough.
  2. Melt the oleo in a pan.
  3. Roll out the dough and cut into biscuits.
  4. Place the cut biscuits in the pan with melted oleo.
  5. Bake at 475°F for 10 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Brush melted butter on top of the baked biscuits.
