- Drain and reserve oil from one jar of marinated artichoke hearts.
- Cook chopped onions in the reserved oil until translucent.
- Coarsely chop the artichoke hearts and add to the onion mixture.
- Beat the eggs and mix with the onion and artichoke mixture.
- Add grated Cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, seasoned dry bread crumbs, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes.
- Cut into bite-sized squares and serve hot.
