Instructions
- Sift together flour and salt.
- Beat eggs slightly and add the milk and melted butter.
- Pour liquid into dry ingredients, beating until batter is smooth.
- Fill greased, large custard cups 1/2 full.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 450° for 20 minutes, then decrease oven to 350° and bake 20 minutes more.
- Fill hollow center with jam or scrambled eggs.
