Poppy Seed Tea Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 c. canned milk
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 or 1 box poppy seed

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk.
  3. Beat and pour into 2 or 3 greased loaf pans.
  4. Bake at 350° about 1 hour.
