Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 pork chops
  • 1 pkg. onion mix
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 cup bread crumbs and the onion mix in a shallow dish.
  2. Beat 1 egg in a bowl.
  3. Salt the pork chops and dip each in the beaten egg.
  4. Roll the egg-dipped pork chops in the bread crumb mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Place the coated pork chops in a baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until cooked through and golden.
