Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccoli
  • 10 to 12 slices bacon
  • 3 hard-boiled egg whites
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
