Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 4 apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons margarine

Instructions

  1. Use unpeeled, cored, and sliced apple rings.
  2. Brown pork chops on both sides.
  3. Place apple rings in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with brown sugar substitute and cinnamon.
  5. Dot with margarine.
  6. Place pork chops on top of the apples.
  7. Cover the dish.
  8. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours.
