- Trim pork; slice into 2-inch wide pieces.
- Flatten with a mallet.
- Coat pork with mix of flour, salt and pepper.
- Fry in 1 1/2 tablespoons margarine.
- Add cider vinegar to pan dregs; cook down.
- Add cream; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add mustard and remaining 1 tablespoon margarine.
- Cook 2 minutes.
