Pork Marsala

Instructions
- Heat oil on high heat.
- Brown and remove pork.
- Reduce to medium heat.
- Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
- Add garlic; cook 2 minutes.
- Stir in broth.
- Bring to boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
- Reduce liquid by a 1/4.
- Add basil, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
- Put pork into broth.
- Add wine.
- Cover and simmer until pork is tender (about 1 1/2 hours).
