Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs pork loin roast
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 No. 2 can pineapple chunks (2 1/2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Select a 3-4 pound pork loin roast.
  2. Rub the pork with 1 teaspoon of ground cloves.
  3. Pour a can of pineapple chunks (2 1/2 cups) into a baking dish with the pork.
  4. Bake or roast the pork until well done and golden brown, approximately 60 minutes.
  5. Serve the pork with the pineapple chunks.
