Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 c. leftover pork roast
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper or pimiento
  • any combination of additional vegetables to make 2 to 3 c. (potatoes, carrots, etc.)
  • 1 can water

Instructions

  1. Mix and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
