Ingredients

  • 4 lb. Boston butt
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 2 c. sweet salad cubes
  • 3 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 pt. mayo or to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil Boston butt in water until tender (add water as needed). Chop meat very fine (food processor does great).
  2. Add other chopped ingredients: pecans, bell pepper, celery, onions and salad cubes.
  3. Stir in mayo, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add more mayo, if desired.
