Instructions
- Boil Boston butt in water until tender (add water as needed). Chop meat very fine (food processor does great).
- Add other chopped ingredients: pecans, bell pepper, celery, onions and salad cubes.
- Stir in mayo, salt and pepper to taste.
- Add more mayo, if desired.
