  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 6 stalks celery
  • 3 carrots, diced
  • noodles

Instructions

  1. Take the broth from parboiled pork ribs or boil 21 pounds of neck bones, then save the broth.
  2. Remove the ribs or neck bones from the broth.
  3. Add the celery, carrots, and noodles (or barley) to the broth.
  4. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Optional: Add pork-flavored ramen noodles for extra flavor.
