Pork with Curry!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds, 3-13 ounces, weight Pork Cut Into Bites
  • 1 Large Onion, Cut Into Cubes
  • Salt And Pepper
  • 1 Medium Orange, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon To 3 Teaspoons Curry Powder
  • 1 cup, 2-23 teaspoons, 78 pinches Low-fat Cooking Cream
  • Cooked Rice, To Serve

Instructions

  1. 1.
  2. In a casserole, brown the pork and the onion.
  3. Add salt and pepper.
  4. 2.
  5. In a bowl, mix orange juice with honey and add the mixture to the pork.
  6. 3.
  7. Allow to boil for a while and turn down the heat.
  8. 4.
  9. Add the curry.
  10. Stir and let cook until fragrant.
  11. 5.
  12. When ready and meat is cooked, add the cream.
  13. 6.
  14. Allow to boil for a while again, to thicken the sauce.
  15. 7.
  16. Serve with boiled rice, whatever type you like, and enjoy.
