Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
  • 1 egg
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 small can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except soup.
  2. Form into golf ball size balls.
  3. Arrange in a covered baking dish.
  4. Top with a mixture of tomato soup and 1/4 cup water.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
