Instructions
- Saute onion and parsley in oil.
- Add vinegar, paste, salt and pepper.
- Simmer until blended.
- In bowl, place bread and pour mixture.
- Cool.
- Add 2 eggs, salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well. Return to hot pan and turn.
- Cool until dry.
- Make sure you can taste vinegar.
- Stuff pork shoulder, turkey, etc.
- Roast/bake as usual.
