Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. chicken
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • Dash black pepper
  • 1 4-oz. pkg. potato chips

Instructions

  1. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter, then roll in the crushed potato chips mixed with garlic salt and black pepper.
  2. Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet and bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375°F.
