Ingredients

  • 2 lb. sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except potatoes.
  2. Place potatoes in greased 9 x 12-inch dish.
  3. Pour mixture over potatoes.
  4. Top with Cheddar cheese, corn flakes and melted butter.
  5. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
