Ingredients

  • 1 bag hash browns
  • 1 can cream of onion soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together.
  2. Pour into baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle potato chips or bread crumbs on top of mixture.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until very brown and crisp around the edges.
