Potato-Ham Bake

Instructions
- Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup (undiluted), butter, sour cream, chopped onion and Cheddar cheese.
- Add the cooked ham and bag of frozen hash brown potatoes.
- Mix all together and spread in pan.
- Bake approximately 1 hour in a 350° oven.
- Serve with green salad and hard rolls.
- Yields 6 to 7 large portions.
