Potato Lasagne

Ingredients

  • 8 potatoes
  • milk
  • margarine
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • diced onion
  • lasagne noodles

Instructions

  1. Clean, cut and boil potatoes.
  2. Mash potatoes, adding milk and margarine to consistency desired.
  3. Cook lasagne noodles; drain. Saute onions in butter; drain.
  4. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish, layer noodles, potatoes, onions and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350° for 1/2 hour.
