Ingredients

  • 4 potato medium yukon, dice
  • 1/4 pound ground pork
  • 4 sticks scallion stick cut
  • garlic
  • oil vege
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon kecap manis abc dark soy

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, add oil,garlic ,dark soy and pork, stir till pork cook.
  2. Add potato, water, sugar,oyster sauce,ketchup, black pepper
  3. Cover with a lid, put it in medium heat, let simmer cook through until potato cook
  4. Last add scallion and ready
  5. serve with steam rice
