Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shredded hash browns, thawed slightly
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar

Instructions

  1. Mix above ingredients together.
  2. Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch dish.
  3. Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup melted butter.
  4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
