- Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm milk and add it to the other ingredients.
- Gradually add the flour and mix thoroughly, preferably using a mixer with a dough hook.
- Let the dough rise in the bowl for 10 minutes.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured board.
- Roll out the dough and cut into biscuit-sized pieces.
- Place the cut dough into a greased pan.
- Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 10 minutes until light brown.
- Brush the baked rolls with butter before serving.
