- Combine vanilla wafer crumbs, cocoa, confectioners sugar, and melted margarine; press firmly on the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch baking pan to form the crust.

- Gradually beat in the condensed milk until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Pour half of the batter evenly over the crust.
- Stir melted baking chocolate into the remaining batter; spoon over the vanilla batter in the pan.
- Gently swirl through the batter with a table knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool, then chill before cutting into bars.
