Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup salad dressing
  • 2 eggs, well beaten

Instructions

  1. Bring vinegar, water, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and add well beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Beat in the salad dressing.
  5. Pour over potato salad.
