Ingredients
- 1 c. blanched trimmed green beans ⓘ
- 6 oz. cooked red potatoes, cubed ⓘ
- 1 sliced hard-cooked large egg ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil ⓘ
- 1/4 c. thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings ⓘ
- 1/2 c. apple juice ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard ⓘ
- 1 tsp. cornstarch (dissolved in 1 Tbsp. water) ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. poppy seed ⓘ
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine beans, potatoes and egg; set aside.
