Ingredients

  • 6 c. cooked potato slices
  • 1 (8 oz.) buttermilk reduced-calorie dressing
  • 1 c. broccoli flowerets
  • 1/2 c. celery slices
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. thin carrot slices

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix lightly.
  2. Chill in refrigerator to mix flavors.
  3. Serve in lettuce lined bowl.
