Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 cube steaks
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 onion

Instructions

  1. Put steaks on the bottom of the baking dish.
  2. Mix cubed potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and half a can of water together.
  3. Spread the mixture over the steaks.
  4. Bake covered with foil for 1 hour.
  5. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375°F.
