Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons margarine
  • 5 cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Heat the milk, margarine, cheese slices, and soup together until the cheese and margarine are melted.
  3. Drain the potatoes and place them in a casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle diced onion over the potatoes.
  5. Pour the hot soup mixture over the potatoes and onions.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
