Ingredients

  • 1 pint shrimp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • 1 oz. white wine or sweet cider
  • pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan and add the prepared shrimp.
  2. Add white wine or sweet cider, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and nutmeg.
  3. Heat gently without boiling.
  4. Pot the mixture and serve cold with a green salad.
