Ingredients

  • 1 box Pancetta in cubes
  • 5 small Steaks
  • 2 1/2 small Onions
  • 6 tbsp Bread crumb
  • 1 pinch Garlick powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the parsley
  2. Chop the onions
  3. Put the butter in a large pan
  4. Put the pancetta, the garlic, the parsley and the chopped onions in the pan and fry until they turn blonde
  5. Add the steaks, cut them in smaller pieces if preferred
  6. Take out the steaks from the pan at the desired cooking point leaving all the rest
  7. Add the bread crumb in the pan
  8. Let the bread absorb the juices
  9. Cover the steaks with the sauce and serve
